• Ensure a safe working environment for deployed manpower.
• Pay service charges, taxes, and dues on time as per contract.
• Not directly hire or poach any deployed staff without written approval.
• Inform us promptly of any incidents, operational changes, or additional requirements.

4. Company Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Deploy trained, verified, and professional manpower.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PSARA, and statutory requirements.
• Provide supervision, monitoring, and replacement support when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality about client information and site security details.

5. Website Usage Terms

• You must not use the website for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
• All images, text, logos, and content are property of the company.
• Copying or distributing website content without permission is prohibited.
• Any misuse of the website may result in legal action.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made as per the contract or invoice terms. Delayed payments may attract:

7. Deployment & Replacement Policy

We strive to maintain 100% deployment; however, replacements or shift changes may occur due to:

• Emergency situations or staff availability.
• Client requests for staff rotation.
• Performance-related decisions.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by client negligence or failure to follow safety procedures.
• Clients agree to indemnify the company against any claims arising out of misuse or unauthorized use of services.
• For high-risk assignments, additional contractual terms may apply.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, SOPs, site details, and operational plans are kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose data unless required by law.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by giving written notice as specified in the service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases involving illegal activity, misconduct, or breach of contract.
